许小英 XU XIAOYING

许律师先后在西南大学、四川大学取得工学学士、工商管理硕士学位。本科期间，许律师曾在韩国东亚大学交流学习一年，并在东亚大学国际中心Global Zone实习。

许律师拥有专利代理师资格证。

许律师的工作语言是中文和英文。

Ms. Xu earned her Bachelor of Engineering from Southwest University and her Master of  Business Administration (MBA) from Sichuan University. During her undergraduate studies, Ms. Xu spent one year in South Korea as an exchange student at Dong-A University and interned at  the Global Zone of the International Centre of Dong-A University. 

Ms. Xu is a certified patent attorney. 

Ms Xu's working languages are Chinese and English.

Commercial Litigation and Arbitration and International Cross-Border Practice: Ms Xu has  handled several difficult and complex cases in the areas of equity, debt, corporate control, capital market and investment and financing in courts and arbitration institutions at all levels, and has provided high-quality and efficient legal services to clients in the areas of domestic and overseas  arbitration, regulatory inquiries on overseas listing, cross-border judicial recognition and  enforcement, and offshore debt settlement. Ms Xu has represented many foreign companies and  High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) clients in cross-border dispute resolution and asset placement matters, and is skilled in cooperating with foreign lawyers and communicating with overseas administrative and regulatory bodies to make full use of judicial, administrative and policy strategies to safeguard clients' rights and interests.

Intellectual Property: Ms Xu has been involved in several patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret projects, including but not limited to IP special services, IP compliance projects, and  IP litigation cases. Ms Xu has provided brand protection and trademark cultivation, trade secrets,  non-compete restrictions, and other specialized legal services for many well-known enterprises,  and assisted Internet enterprises going overseas. Ms Xu has also provided legal services for many  universities, research institutes, and teams of scientists in transforming scientific and  technological achievements.
